Data collection

We collect and process personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the establishment and content of or changes to the legal relationship (inventory data). We do not collect personal data about the use of our website (usage data).

Data processing

We automatically collect and store information in log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are browser type/browser version, operating system used, referrer URL and time of the server request. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Use of cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific user-related information on the user’s device while they are using the website. Cookies make it possible, in particular, to determine the frequency of use and number of users of the pages and to analyze the behavior of page use in order to prepare our content even better in the future. Cookies remain stored at the end of a browser session and can be called up again when you visit the site again. If you do not wish this to happen, please set your Internet browser to refuse to accept cookies.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Privacy policy of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc (“Google”, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The use is made on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f. GDPR. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website such as

- Browser type/version,
- operating system used,
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
- Time of the server request,

are generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. We have also added the code “anonymizeIP” to Google Analytics on this website. This guarantees that your IP address is masked so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will user this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. We continue to use Google Analytics to analyze data from double-click cookies and AdWords for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can deactivate it via the Ads Preferences Manager. You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google’s privacy policy.

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

Our website uses Google AdWords. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. AdWords is an online advertising program. As part of the online advertising program, we work with conversion tracking. After clicking on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that your web browser stores on your end device. Google AdWords cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. The cookie allows Google and us to recognize that you have clicked on an ad and have been redirected to our website. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. Conversion cookies are used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who use conversion tracking. AdWords customers find out how many users clicked on their ad and were redirected to pages with a conversion tracking tag. However, AdWords customers do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to its use. In this case, the conversion cookie must be deactivated in the user settings of the browser. This means that they are not included in the conversion tracking statistics. The storage of “conversion cookies” is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. As the website operator, we have a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize our website and our advertising. Details on Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.

Order data processing

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data that you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” address line of your browser and the lock symbol in the browser line.

RIGHT TO RAISE A COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPETENT SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

As a data subject, you have the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority in the event of a breach of data protection law. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to third parties. The data will be provided in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.

CALL-TRACKING – MARKETING PHONE NUMBERS

If you call a dynamically played number that is displayed on this website, this contact point can be saved anonymously to an existing user profile. In this case, the caller number is shortened by the last three digits in order to exclude any inference to the full personal caller number. This means that no personal data is processed. Consent is therefore not required. If this processing is nevertheless regarded as processing of personal data, it is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The processing of the data serves to improve the services we offer you, but you have the right to object to the data storage of your (anonymized) usage data in the future. Use the following link to do so. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie will be set and you will no longer be shown individual marketing telephone numbers. http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de If you purchase a new device, upgrade or delete this opt-out cookie, you will have to go through the opt-out process again. For the opt-out process to work, your browser must be set to accept third-party cookies. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.
