BY AIRPLANE
Falconara Airport in Ancona is 45 minutes away from us. Lufthansa, among others, regularly flies to this airport. All the well-known car rental providers can also be found here.
BY CAR
rom the A14 highway coming from Bologna, take exit "Osimo". Drive through Osimo in the direction of Macerata, drive through Passatempo once in the direction of Montefano. On the SP361 at the first left-hand bend after the village of Passatempo there is a Strada Bianca, follow this road for approx. 1 km, shortly before the quite steep road there is a private road on the left which leads directly to us.

Cancellations
Cancellations are always unpleasant - both for you and for us. We therefore ask for your understanding and would like to inform you in advance.
Although there is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, we nevertheless grant you the following cancellation conditions: We will charge 100% of the booked arrangement (cancellation period 10 days before arrival). In the event of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the price for the days spent and 100% of the price for the remaining agreed but unused services. Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Code (GvD 206/2005).

Children
We love children, but passa.tempo is not really suitable for children. You are therefore welcome to bring your children with you, but we would like to expressly point out that we would like to offer our guests a place of peace and quiet.
