Five natural materials complete the concept of passa.tempo: Steel, concrete, wood and glass have been used throughout to create a harmonious but sleek reality in the stunning Marche countryside.
Each of these materials has been used in an unpretentious manner, always with the aim of being authentic and clear and blending in with the surroundings.
Falconara Airport in Ancona is 45 minutes away from us. Lufthansa, among others, regularly flies to this airport. All the well-known car rental providers can also be found here.
Coming from Bologna on the A14 highway, take the Osimo exit. Drive through Osimo in the direction of Macerata, drive once through Passatempo in the direction of Montefano. On the SP361, at the first left-hand bend after the village of Passatempo, take the Strada Bianca, follow this road for approx. 1 km, just before the quite steep climb, take a private road to the left which leads directly to us.
